Does this sound fair to you?

First off; i want to say im not exagerating & being stuckup or whatever. Anyway.. My whole life.. Ive pretty much bought all of my stuff. (clothes, makeup, hygenic needs, even food) my mom pays for my brothers EVERyTHiNG. She just bought him a new northface when he just got a new one last yeAr. Ive had thesame one since 6th grade (its like 3 sizes too small now & is wonout. Oh yeah im14 and hes 17. I dont have 100 dollars so i cant get a new jacket. Os it wrong that she buys him/pays for his everything when im left to pay for all my own things out of my holiday money? Money that i should use for pleasure and not to get food/clothes? Thanks
