What is a good store to buy dresses?

I am 13, almost 14 years old and in eighth grade. I need two dresses, one for my up a semi-formal dance, and one for my graduation. I can't buy them online, so i need to get them in stores. Does anyone know any stores other then DEB to get them? They should be fancy-ish, but not long. I'd perfer above the knee. Also, the malls im near is cumberland mall, deptford mall, and hamilton mall (all in new jersey) it the price ..around 30-35 for the semi dress and it no more than 70 for the graduation dress (id perfer it to be cheaper, for my parents sake, lol.) so..if you could pleaseee put some links of some cute dresses from around my area, or tell me stores around here to buy from, that'd be great and help out alot. thankyou SO much everybody!!
