Who should the Chicago Bulls trade for to become the best team in the east and be able to reach the finals?

I think they should sign Larry Hughes, he would be an upgrade at the shooting guard spot. I like his game plus his defense is alright. He is sitting there on the free agent list and no one is claiming him.
